Anasiria is a well-rounded expert in vulnerable youth psychology: she worked for several years with Escalando Fronteras in Mexico with youth, families and volunteers in a variety of workshops to enrich the program’s experiences and grow their toolbox.

• Taught and worked in the College of Social Work and Human Development and the College of Psychology as a part of the Neuropsychology Department in Mexico, managing classrooms with 40 students
• Clinical Psychologist with a MA in Dispute Resolution
• More than 5 years of experience working with vulnerable groups in public and private settings
• A deep understanding of Brief Solution Focused Interventions and Cognitive Behavioral Theory (CBT)
Maria Tancredi - Strategist, International Management
A nomadic traveller and polyglot, Maria is an entrepreneurial advisor, strategist and project manager with a background in renewable energy development and corporate change management. Her initiative and discipline are vital to MBB’s work in a world of change and multiculturalism.
She is currently helping MBB with consulting and workshops on international management, while helping us network in new areas and resources.
Maribeth Olsen - Youth Climbing Therapy in Colorado
Maribeth is the founder of The Young Ascenders and on a pioneered path in climbing therapy for adopted and foster youth, with a long and rich experience working with kids for 10+ years that compliments MBB’s work with youth programs.
Her bubbling tenacity, passion for climbing, and boots-on-the-ground work are all influential in MBB’s philosophy and understanding of mentorship, while inspiring us to support her own journey.
