You may already know Daila as a pro climber.

Daila volunteered with Fernanda Rodriguez to join MBB for En Voz Alta, a journey to empower youth to be leaders and use their voices.

"I am happy to participate in this project with "mountains and climbing" because I am sure that it will be a very rich experience for these youth, an experience that will change their perspective for their whole lives."

  • Daila was born in the Canary Islands, a Spanish archipelago off the west coast of North Africa. After a few years, she decided to leave the island and moved to Catalonia, one of the global epicenters for hard sport climbing, and it was here that Daila had the opportunity to learn from a number of talented climbers. She fell in love with the climbing life.

    Since then, she’s been active in the climbing community, sending hard sport routes up to 5.14c/8c+ and traveling around the world to share her climbing passion as a professional athlete.
