Andre is a professional climber inspired to do rock climbing trips around the world known as "rocktrip", Big Wall climber, activist of socio-environmental causes, lover of healthy eating, menstrual cycle, social justice and pioneer of female climbing empowerment in Ecuador!

    In 2015, Andre becomes the first Ecuadorian woman to climb in Patagonia Argentina (Aguja de la S - Aguja Guillaumet - Cerro Mocho).

    In 2016, she wins first place in the International Rock Climbing Festival - Viñales (Cuba).

    Founder of the First Workshop for Women Climbers in Ecuador (2016).

    Starring in the documentary + online series "Latitud Cero Climbing Rocktrip - Ecuador" (2017).

    Organizer of the First Women's Climbing Festival in Ecuador. "Warmikuna Rockfest" (2018, 2019, 2022).

    And manager of the social and environmental project "Climbing from the local - teaching climbing to the rural community of Ecuador" (2018-2028).

    In 2019, she is part of the first LatinAmerican female ascent of The Nose route in El Capitan, Yosemite.

    Founder of the geography and climbing pilot project: Latitud Cero Climbing (2015-2020)

  • Organizer of the First Women's Climbing Festival in Ecuador, the Warmikuna Rockfest (2018, 2019, 2022)

  • Latitud Cero Climbing was founded in 2015 as a pilot project that sought to develop geography and climbing projects to achieve rural development in the territories. It helped people to achieve their dreams and contributed to the development of the sport in the country and the world.

    It was formed by a team of several professionals who worked together for climbing, society and the environment. It constantly promoted the empowerment of women in climbing.

    In 2020, it won the recognition of the United Nations Organization (UN) to enterprises that meet the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), together with Ecuador Direct Travel, for empowering women and girls and are part of the change of the 2030 Agenda.

    Since then, their activities have stopped, and only the projects that were beneficial to the community have been developed by external enterprises, and are now known as: Amankai (Climbing School), Warmikuna RockFest, and 8vos a los 30s.
